Loops is a Tuesday night bike ride through out central Denver. The ride covers approximately 18 miles and makes 3 stops along the way. Riders are encouraged to ride at their own pace and meet at the stops that are posted on this blog the day of the ride. The ride meets every Tuesday night at Crema Coffee House (29th & Larimer) Come out and ride with us, make friends, and have a good time.

Come eat and drink for FREE and talk bikes and fashion for 2 hours and we’ll give you $75 to Pearl Velo and $25 CASH.
We are holding research sessions with a major international fashion apparel brand and need your opinions. We’re looking for anyone involved with the fixed gear culture from serious cyclists to casual commuters... If you ride a fixie, commute to work/school, and/or have every participated in an alley cat race or group ride this event is perfect for you.

This Saturday come ride down to Cherry Creek Reservoir and come camping with us! Meet at Crema Coffee House at 5pm, we will ride down and come back Sunday morning. Bring your camping necessities!

This event is sponsored by Grow Local Colorado and Transition Denver, co-hosted by a host of organizations engaged in the local food movement including Blue and Yellow Logic, the GrowHaus, the ReDirect Guide and Wild Green Yonder.

A Local Food Potluck event celebrates growing local food, local community and local economy on Wednesday, July 7, at 6:00 p.m., at The GrowHaus at 4751 York Street in Denver. Special guests are Robert DuBois of Washington, DC, and Aaron Zueck of Brooklyn, NY, who are cycling across the country, attending potlucks and sharing stories about the local food movement. Their journey began in the spring in New Brunswick, Canada, stops in Denver on July 7, and will wrap-up in California at summer's end.

"For a long time I thought the food I was eating was making me sick,” says DuBois "and in the process of trying to figure out why, I discovered how our industrialized food system works and over time realized that good food is the greatest healer of all."
